I even have been making these for several , a few years and everybody who tries them agrees they’re out-of-this-world delicious! Plus, there’s no funny ingredients, no chilling, etc. Just an easy , straightforward, amazingly delicious, doughy yet still fully cooked, chocolate chip cookie that seems perfectly every single time!
These are purely what a chocolate chip cookie should be.
Crispy and chewy. Doughy yet fully baked. Perfectly buttery and sweet.
Best Choco Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup softened salted butter
- 0.5 cup white (granulated) sugar
- 0.5 cup light brown sugar packed
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 0.3 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 cups chocolate chips (or chunks, or chopped chocolate)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder. Set aside.
- Cream together butter and sugars until combined properly.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla until fluffy.
- Mix in the dry ingredients until combined.
- Add 12 oz package of chocolate chips and mix well.
- Use a small cookie scoop to make your cookies.
- Bake in preheated oven for approximately 8-10 minutes. Take them out when they are just starting to turn brown.
- Let them sit on the baking pan for 2 minutes before removing to cooling rack.
