Pineapple Juice


Pineapple Juice is formed by blending fresh pineapple and water together to form a refreshing drink. A delicious tropical delight! you'll also add ice cubes rather than water if you wish it cold. I have added a touch sugar to form the juice, but you'll avoid it if you’re cutting on the sugar.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 g Fresh Pineapple
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Black salt 
  • Few Ice Cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Peel the pineapple and cut it into small pieces.
  • Add the pineapple pieces in a blender along with a cup water and required amount of sugar.
  • Blend it to make a smooth juice.
  • Strain the juice using a strainer.
  • Add more water(as per requirement) if the juice is too thick.
  • Pour the juice in serving glass.
  • Add few ice cubes in the juice.
  • Sprinkle black salt on top of the juice.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and a thin pineapple slice.
  • Serve quick.
