An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Here’s an amazing way to consume it – This Apple Iced Tea is one of the most refreshing mocktails I’ve ever had.
Apple Iced Tea (Non Alcoholic Mocktail)

Ingredients
- 3 cups of Water
- 1 1-inch Cinnamon Stick
- 4 Pods of cardamom
- 4 Cloves
- 3 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 Tea Bags
- 1 cup Apple juice
- Apple Slices for garnishing
Instructions
- In a saucepan, add water, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and sugar. Simmer on a low flame for 10 minutes until the sugar is dissolved and the water is flavored with spices.
- Turn off the flame and add the tea bags. Let the tea dip for 3-4 minutes.
- Cool down the mixture completely before adding the apple juice. Adjust the amount of apple juice as required. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Garnish with apple slices and mint leaves.
- Serve chilled.
