Chai is India’s lifeline and that I want you to undertake all of them so we’ve compiled three of my favorite classic and nostalgic recipes of chai for you to undertake this season!
Chai, India’s hottest beverage. And monsoon just involves chai (like you actually need any occasion)! Having a hot cup of tea while munching on some hot pakodas is certainly everyone’s ideal time period . I’ve come up with three chai recipes for you, bound to cause you to feel warm and fuzzy. precisely the quite feeling an honest cup of tea leaves you with.
Now, I always start my day with a cup of adrak wali chai. I really like that hit of ginger and therefore the strong, hot tea really wakes me up.
A good cup of tea should have a deep colour, flavour that comes from spices and therefore the tea; bold but not bitter. Milky but not thick. Sweet but not cloying.
