Ingredients
- A handful of large mint leaves
- 4 tbsp lime juice
- 4 tbsp honey simple syrup
- Water as required
- ice (optional)
- lime slices (optional)
Instructions
- Place mint leaves and lime juice in a glass and muddle them together for 1 minute using a muddler or a wooden spoon.
- Add simple honey syrup.
- Add water.
- Garnish it with lime slices and a sprig of mint.
